Martin Jatzek (born 5 July 1993) is a German sim racer, currently competing for MPG Competition in the IVRC World Endurance Championship.

Early sim racing career

Jatzek started his career in 2011, when he partnered up with long-time friend Constantin Grimminger to start the Race4Speed precessor GP2League.com, a league which lasted for only three rounds. However, both drivers weren't willing to let go and finally founded Race4Speed. In the same time he participated in DLM Racing e.V.'s FormelDRL.

With various wins and the vice champion title of the 2016 R4S GP1 season under his belt, he decided to step down from professional sim racing and appeared on unregular basis for his own team in different leagues.

Touring Car Championship

With the beginning of IVRC, Jatzek joined the Touring Car Championship for it's debut season in 2018. After a win in the opening round, he dropped off the championship lead over the course of the season. However, his advantage from the opening rounds was still big enough to finish in the upper half of the standings.

Bathurst 200

For the first edition of the IVRC Bathurst 200 race Jatzek participated with MPG Competition. His entry was a late nomiation in order to replace his team mate Grimminger, so Jatzek came back out of retirement after not racing for more then three months. Despite the little preparation, he finished on the podium.

GT3 World Cup

For the first edition of the IVRC GT3 World Cup, Jatzek participated with MPG Competition in a Nissan GT-R GT3. After a collision with team mate Grimminger, he finished the race only in 7th despite having the pace to finish higher up the order.

F3 World Cup

For the first edition of the IVRC F3 World Cup, Jatzek participated with MPG Competition in a Volkswagen-powered Dallara F312.
